A combination mask comprising a support sheet (21) held in a tensioned state inside a quadrangular screen frame (11), and a screen (31) having an image forming section (34) stuck to the central region of the support sheet (21) and where an image is formed, the portion disposed in the inside of a stuck region (32) associated with the screen (31) of the support sheet (21) being ripped, wherein the screen (31) is a polygon having five or more sides.
