<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic voting device displaying candidate names on the same plane by means of a printed matter for display of them for ensuring browsability of the candidate names for securing fairness of voting. <P>SOLUTION: When the candidate names are displayed through the printed matter 101 having high resolution and coordinate data of the printed matter 101 are acquired via a touch panel 102 arranged on the printed matter 101, browsability of the candidate names are secured for keeping fairness of voting.
