<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To earth grounds of a plurality of coaxial cables to grounds of flexible flat cables. <P>SOLUTION: External conductors that are the grounds of the plurality of coaxial cables 1, 3 are integrally connected to each other by a connecting member 5, and the connecting member 5 and specified grounding conductors 9 are connected by a connecting part. The specified coaxial cable 1 is utilized for connection by the connecting part.
