<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for writing data in a nonvolatile memory that suppresses a failure in writing to the nonvolatile memory as much as possible, and a system for writing the data in the nonvolatile memory. <P>SOLUTION: When a signal pattern transmitted from a ROM writer 4 in starting to write to a ROM 1 coincides with a check pattern stored in a write control circuit 3, the write control circuit 3 allows a signal to pass to an address signal line 7b, a data signal line 8b and a write control signal line 9b and makes data to be written in a ROM cell 2. When the signal pattern does not coincide with the check pattern, the signal lines to the ROM cell 2 are not opened to prevent writing to the ROM cell 2 because there is the possibility that a signal is not properly transmitted due to a contact failure or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
