PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack structure having the thinned wall in the thickness direction in the chargeable flat battery pack structure feeding a power to an electronic device body and reducing the size and the weight. SOLUTION: This flat battery pack structure comprises a flat-shape battery 3, a protection circuit mainly controlling the charging of the battery, and an upper lid 1 and a lower lid 2 incorporating the battery and the protection circuit. This battery pack is formed of a window 6 formed by cutting off a part of the upper lid into a frame shape, a flange 7 integrally formed with the window in the circumferential edge of the window and a label having a similar figure with the window and being inserted into the window with its circumference stacked on the flange.
