PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a confocal scanner microscope capable of performing fluorescent observation by a plurality of exciting light beams without attaching/detaching a light source and an optical fiber. SOLUTION: In the confocal scanner microscope having a light source part to emit exciting light for exciting a sample, a scanner part to scan the sample by using the exciting light and an image pickup camera to pick up the image of the sample by receiving fluorescence emitted from the sample, the light source part is equipped with a plurality of light sources to oscillate a laser beam having different wavelength and an optical fiber bundle to transmit the light from a plurality of light sources, and is constituted so that one end of the optical fiber bundle is separated to a plurality of optical fibers and also each of a plurality of light sources makes the light incident on one end of the separated optical fiber.
