PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly detect the abnormality of a water storage tank to realize outsourcing service that can rapidly cope with it. SOLUTION: This water storage tank waterline control system has a monitor 12 for monitoring a water storage state in a certain water storage tank 13 as a measuring point and transmitting an abnormality alarm indicating the abnormality of the measuring point in the case of detecting the abnormality of the water storage state; a portable terminal 31 carried by a worker who copes with the water storage tank 13 on the spot; and a monitor side system 2 connected with the monitor 12 and the portable terminal 31 through a network. The monitor side system 2, in the case of receiving the abnormality alarm on one measuring point from the monitor 12, refers to a database wherein the network address of the portable terminal 31 and the measuring point are described correspondingly, to specify the address corresponding to one measuring point and transmits an abnormality notice on one measuring point to the portable terminal 31 whose address is specified.
