PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic control structure and a seismic control construction method for absorbing seismic energy by a seismic control member to reduce influence on a structure, and absorbing seismic energy applied to the structure, by a pile head part to prevent the damage of a foundation in case of an earthquake, and further reducing a cost by using the low-cost seismic control member. SOLUTION: In this seismic control structure provided with a pile 1 for supporting an upper structure 3 and controlling the movement of the upper structure 3 due to the earthquake, the pile head part of the pile 1 is provided with the seismic control member 4 for absorbing seismic force.
