发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING W NANOPOWDER BY LOW PRESSURE GAS PHASE REACTION METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a W nanopowder of the order of several tens nm from a precursor containing wolfram by a low pressure gas phase reaction. SOLUTION: The method comprises the step of preparing a wolfram-containing precursor; the step of vaporizing or subliming the precursor to generate a gas; the step of subjecting the gas to an inert gas atmosphere and keeping it under a subatmospheric pressure to separate a wolfram component; and condensing the wolfram component under an atmospheric or subatmospheric pressure. The thus produced W nanopowder has a high strength and excellent abrasion resistance, so that it is very suitable as a raw material for a cemented carbide for use in cemented carbide tools or the like, or for abrasion-resistant members or mold materials.
