PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple tray which is easily manufactured by using a thin flexible member, and easily stores an object to be stored. SOLUTION: The simple tray comprises a bottom portion 2 having a predetermined shape and a peripheral side wall 3 having an open hole 6 substantially as large as the outer periphery of the bottom portion 2 and a predetermined height. The bottom portion 2 and the peripheral side wall 3 are formed of a thin flexible member, for example, a film-like sheet or a tubular sheet, an outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom portion 2 and an edge portion of one open hole in the peripheral side wall 3 are joined and sealed with each other, and joined and sealed portions 8a and 8b are located within a tray.
