PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide fastener sewing device for performing achievement by one sewing work concerning a slide fastener double sewing method, which is effective as a measure for preventing the outflow of powder beads filled in a cushion, etc., and a method for arranging a backing cloth at the inner part of the slide fastener so as to seal by sewing the powder beads after filling. SOLUTION: The device includes: a sewing station S constituted of a double-needle sewing machine; a fastener guide F for diagonally lowering from a table T toward the sewing station S and feeding the slide fastener; and a guide G which is arranged in front of the sewing station S on the table T and holds the left and right folding edges of a slide fastener sewing part in fabric to be sewn. A backing cloth placement board P is extended from the upper surface of the fastener guide F. Thus, an outer material as the fabric to be sewn, the fastener tape of the slide fastener, and the backing cloth are superimposed in the order and sewn. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
