PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool which is disposable and made of nonwoven fabric long in service life. SOLUTION: A first sheet 11 made of the nonwoven fabric and a second sheet 11' arranged superposed with the first sheet 11 and made of the nonwoven fabric are provided, and the first sheet 11 and the second sheet 11' are superposed mutually. After forming a joint part 12 keeping an opening 14 at one end, it is reversed through the opening 14 for forming a bag to which the hand can be inserted. Furthermore, at the deep end of the bag, a flap 13 extending from the joint part 12 into the bag is formed with a length of covering the finger ball of the hand inserted into the bag.
