The bag (A) is made of fire resistant material and fitted with a shoulder strap (B) joined with a quick release fastener (C) at one end in order to protect the strap (B) from getting caught during the rescue operation. A torch (E) is attached with loops (D) to the side of the bag (A) pointing in the walking direction when carried. Several specifically shaped and secured holding facilities are located inside the bag (A) and an outer pocket contains the ropes used by a fireman protected from an unintentional unwinding.
