SMALL-SIZED COOLING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation method for heat conduction and cooling of heat to be generated by a semiconductor chip used for electronic equipment.

SOLUTION: The cooling system for a chip inside a portable computer is constituted by using a horizontal flat fan having an air outlet which puts the air to the outside through a computer cabinet through a heat sink which extends exhaust air flow by exceeding a heat pipe from a chip for a corner of the portable computer cabinet. Exhaust is performed through a vertical wall adjacent to the computer cabinet. A separation heat pipe directly reaches a fin located in the air outlet of the wall from the chip.
