<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrating device using a rotary valve capable of reducing the number of parts to simplify its structure, and reducing noise. <P>SOLUTION: In a valve chest communicated with the external of a valve box 1, a fixed seat, and a roughly sector-shaped valve element which slides on the fixed seat to rotate are disposed. In the fixed seat, a through hole 7 to be lead to the external of the valve box is provided at a center. At a plurality of positions on the same circumference apart from the center of the fixed seat, through holes 8 and 9 to lead to adsorption cylinders B and C are provided. On the slide surface side of the valve element, a recess to communicate the through holes 8 and 9 on the same circumference with the through hole 7 at the center of the fixed seat is provided. The through holes 8 and 9 on the same circumference of the fixed seat are opened and closed by part of a slide surface of the valve element. A coupling connected to an external rotation drive shaft is coupled to a center part of the valve element under energization of a spring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
