ACTIVE ENERGY BEAM-CURING INKJET RECORDER, RECORDING METHOD AND PRINTED MATTER EMPLOYING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy beam-curing inkjet recorder and recording method in which an image quality comparable to that of silver bromide photograph can be attained by adjusting an image forming apparatus not to be affected significantly by the type of recording material or ink or a variation in working environment thereby sustaining the advantages of active energy beam-curing inkjet recording system, i.e. good color tone and gradation, and to provide a printed matter produced by employing these recorder and recording method.

SOLUTION: The active energy beam-curing inkjet recorder where active energy beam-curing ink is imparted to a recording medium and irradiated with an active energy beam so that the ink is cured and bonded onto the recording medium is provided with a means for regulating the illuminance when the ink is irradiated with the active energy beam.
