<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in the efficiency and reduction in an output power of a pump, and ensure supply water to a humidifier even if supply water resistance of the water passing through an ion-exchange filter increases. <P>SOLUTION: Demineralized water stored in a demineralized water tank 7 is pumped up with a pump 15 and sent to a humidifier 3, a fuel gas and air are humidified, and the humidified fuel gas and air are supplied to a fuel cell 1. The surplus water after humidification in the humidifier 3 is returned to the water tank 7 after carrying out depressurization by a pressure control valve 21 and ion-removal by an ion-exchange filter 27. In the case a measured value by a first conductivity meter 17 exceeds a specified value, a first switching valve 19 is switched so that the demineralized water from the pump 15 will be made to flow into the ion-exchange filter 27 by way of a humidifier bypath passage 37. In the case the measured values by a second, third conductivity meters 23, 47 are within a specified value, a second and a third switching valves 25, 49 are switched so that the demineralized water will be made to flow into the water tank 7 by way of a first, third filter bypath passages 39, 51 respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
