CONNECTING PART AND CONNECTOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve alignment precision in a connector device.

SOLUTION: A connecting member 11 is provided with a plate like substrate 13, a plurality of conducting parts 15 provided to the substrate 13 and an aligning key member 17 provided on the substrate 13. The aligning key member 17 is provided with an engaging part 17b aligning by engaging with the conducting parts 15. Furthermore, a fixing means 21 by which the aligning key member 17 and one of the conducting parts 15 or the substrate 13 are fixed is provided. Moreover, an elastic member 45 brought into elastic contact with the aligning key member 17 is provided in a guide part 38 of a part to be connected to 31 for inserting the aligning key member 17.
