<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which is allowed to take a countermeasure for the reduction of display irregularities, in particular, due to energy density variations of laser beam among the display irregularities. <P>SOLUTION: In the display device, the display irregularities in a display picture are visually reduced by utilizing such a visual effect that periodical patterns are not hardly visualized as the display irregularities in the display picture. The display device is manufactured by using a TFT array substrate on which electric characteristics of a plurality of TFTs standing in line in the minor axis direction of the linearly faired laser beam vary periodically dependently on positions where the respective TFTs are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
