<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation system and a server capable of efficiently managing a store and a facility by designating merchandise or a duty since a user has made a reservation until the user is seated at the time of accepting the reservation from the terminal equipment of the user. <P>SOLUTION: This reservation system 10 is provided to allow a user to designate merchandise or a task when the user has made a reservation for a store or facility, and to decide a preparation start time based on the stand-by time of the user and a time required for preparation for provision when the merchandise or task is designated.
