<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery management system and a delivery management method capable of reducing a burden of interest on money and stock when managing repairing parts as stock and capable of eliminating the cost for housing the repairing parts in a warehouse of a brand maker. <P>SOLUTION: This delivery management system stores stock in a repairing part maker in a management information memory unit 201 as the stock information, and sends for the stock in response to an order of the part from a customer, and stores the repairing parts, which are stored as the stock information, as the order information and stores the repairing parts, which are not stored as the stock information, as the security information in the management information memory unit 201.
