PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and improve manufacturing efficiency and traceability on a high level.

SOLUTION: An IC card 1 has an IC module C with an IC chip C1 and an antenna C2, interposed between two opposed carriers 10 and 20 via adhesive layers 31 and 32. In a card manufacturing process or a card issuing process, unique information is recorded in the IC chip C1, and hidden unique information is recorded at least on a part of an antenna carrier C7 supporting the antenna C2. The hidden unique information is invisible by reflection from an IC card surface, but recordable and readable by a difference in transmission density between non-recording portions and recording portions.
