<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor having a simple structure, capable of quickly, precisely measuring a substrate in a sample liquid, without being affected by AIC (Adsorptive Interfering Compounds) and OIC (Oxidizable Interfering Compounds) contained in the sample liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A first reaction layer is provided in an electrode system, including at least one pair of electrodes, on at least one insulating substrate for supporting the electrode system, and on at least the acting electrode of the electrode system. A second reaction layer includes a first reaction layer, containing an organic compound which contains a functional group that can be bonded or adsorbed to the electrode and a hydrophobic hydrocarbon group; and an amphipatic lipid, that is provided on the first reaction layer and can be bonded or adsorbed to the hydrophobic portion in the first reaction layer. The biosensor has the second reaction layer; and a reagent family that is a reagent family, carried by a two-component film composed of the first and second reaction layers and includes at least a membrane-bonded type pyrroloquinolinequinone-dependent type glucose dehydrogenase and an electron carrier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
