<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium production information system capable of overcoming weak points of the existing DTP (desktop publishing) system and the existing cooperative production system and proceeding a production work by the totally efficient and optimum flow in the medium producing work. <P>SOLUTION: The medium production information system is constituted by connecting a page layout device for creating allocation information by every page constituting an information medium, a listing data creation device for creating information required for composing a table to be inserted into the information medium, a server device for maintaining and managing three kinds of data bases such as an article information data base for recording and managing a key for specifying an article and specification data of the article, etc. by a fixed system, an insertion information management data base for recording and managing the allocation information by every page to be created by the page layout device by the fixed system and a listing data base for recording and managing the information required for composing the table to be created by the listing data creating device by the fixed system and a DTP editing device by a network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
