<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for a bathtub, dispensing with screw holes provided for fixing a bathtub to a wall surface of a bathroom or fixing the bathtub with screws, and securing the fitting strength without impairing the waterproof property of the wall surface of the bathroom, in the bathroom where a wall penetrating type burner is installed. <P>SOLUTION: A fixed frame part 4a disposed in the peripheral edge of an opening part in the bathroom of a penetration hole of the outer wall of the bathroom in which the wall penetrating type burner 8 is installed, and a fixed frame part 4a of a wall surface fixture 4 provided with a plate-shaped extension part 4b projecting from one longitudinal frame of the fixed frame part 4a in the lateral direction are positioned between an exterior fixed part 8b of the wall penetrating type burner 8 and an inner wall surface 7a of the bathroom and the wall penetrating type burner 8 is fitted to the inner wall surface of the bathroom to fix the wall surface fixture 4.
