PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC fluorescent lamp circuit without flickering. SOLUTION: The direct current is made to pass the fluorescent lamp, the DC fluorescent lamp is made to be separated completely from a range of AC working state, to be operated under a low-voltage DC state, and a DC power supply or an AC power supply is supplied directly and made available after rectification. This circuit is composed of a switch or a touch switch circuit, a bridge rectifier, a voltage regulation circuit, a wave filter capacitor, an ignition circuit, a conversion contact point of a fluorescent lamp and a relay, a stabilizing circuit, and a polarity conversion circuit, and among which, the voltage regulation circuit is composed of a triode tube, a diode, a zenar diode and a capacitor, the ignition circuit is composed of the triode tube, a pulse transformer, the diode and the capacitor, the stabilizing circuit is composed of the triode tube and the diode, and the polarity conversion circuit is composed of IC, the triode tube, the relay, the diode, the zener diode, and the capacitor.
