PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt nut connection structure capable of permanently maintaining a tightened state. SOLUTION: This bolt nut connection structure comprises an upper nut 1, a lower nut 2, a fixed bolt 4, and an attachment bolt 3. A screw hole 5 in which the attachment bolt 3 is inserted is vertically formed in the upper nut 1. A circular recessed part 6 is formed in the upper surface part of the lower nut 2. A two-stage screw having different diameters and different screw pitches is formed on the fixed bolt 4, and an outer circular part 7 is formed at the screw boundary part of the two-stage screw. The outer diameter of the attachment bolt 3 is set larger than the groove width of a circular groove formed of the outer circular part 7 and the recessed part 6. The attachment bolt 3 is engaged and screwed into the inner diameter side and outer diameter side of the peripheral groove 8 to form the upper nut 1, lower nut 2, and fixed bolt 4 integrally with each other.
