<p>A liquid ink repellent coating adapted to prevent transfer of fluid image forming ink droplets between imaged sheets in a stack of multiple printed impressions. The repellent coating comprises a polymeric composition having a surface energy less than about 30 mJ/m2 and an insoluble particulate filler as a matting agent.</p>
