An assembly cleans and disinfects the external anal skin zone of a disabled person. The assembly has a cleaning head combined with a paper holder. The ball clamp (Fig. 1) left and clamp right have an intermeshing serrated profile. The clamps faces are brought together by side-located hinge eyes.
