<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply structure in a power module of an inverter device which can suppress a surge voltage generated at the turn off of the power module. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter I device is arranged between a battery 17 as a DC power source and a multiple shaft multilayer motor M driven by an AC current, and has a DC power lead-in terminal 71 and an IPM70 by a switching circuit for performing mutual conversion between a DC current and an AC current in an inverter upper case 30. In the inverter device, an electrolytic capacitor 74 is installed between the DC power lead-in terminal 71 and the DC terminal of the IPM70, and the DC power lead-in terminal 71 and the DC terminals of the electrolytic capacitor 74 and the IPM70 are coupled with one another by first DC bus bars 72a and 72b and second DC bus bars 73a and 73b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
