摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance frequency detector for a multi-axis motor controller which can detect the resonance frequency of the other shaft which exerts an influence on an operating shaft, in a machine having a plurality of shafts. <P>SOLUTION: The resonance frequency detector for the multi-axis motor controller comprises a plurality of motor control systems having motors 31 and 32, which drive machines 41 and 42 and controllers 21 and 22 which drive the motors 31 and 32. The individual motor control systems comprise detectors 51 and 52 which detect amounts of operations of the machines 41 and 42, signal processors 61 and 62 which analyze frequencies of signals of the detectors 51 and 52 and output them as resonance frequencies, and output devices 81 and 82 which turn into a graph or digitalize the signals of the signal processors 61 and 62 and output them. The detector is provided with a command generator 11 which supplies the motor control systems with control commands for transmitting vibrations to the machines 41 and 42, and the signals of a plurality of the detectors 51 and 52 are inputted to the signal processor 61, and outputted as the resonance frequencies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
