<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor or the like in which a plurality of images can be compared with each other with good operability in a state in which the plurality of images are easily compared with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor achieves image processing by controlling images (A),(B) having different resolutions so that the images may be displayed on a plurality of image display regions 51a, 51b set to the same region size in a comparison region 51, respectively (C); applying enlargement or reduction for adjustment to at least one of the images so that the display sizes of major objects in the images displayed on the image display regions 51a, 51b may be almost the same (D); in separately moving, enlarging/reducing the images (C) remained in the different display size or the image (D) adjusted to almost the same display size, conducting an image processing program processing the images in both the image display regions 51a, 51b by sequentially moving the images on a PC (Personal Computer) as shown in (E) or (F).
