<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production facility management system for efficiently deciding the optimal value of an NC data group for controlling a production facility. <P>SOLUTION: This production facility management system is constituted of an NC data group collecting means 6 for collecting a corrected NC data group, an NC data group version managing means 8 for automatically performing version-management of the NC data group, a difference data file outputting means 9 for automatically outputting the inter-version difference data of the NC data group as a difference data file, a product quality data managing means 7 for managing product quality data, a changing point analyzing means 10 for time-sequentially lining up arbitrary parameters with the product quality data managed by the product quality data managing means 7, and for outputting it as a changing point analytic graph, and for executing the changing point analysis of the NC data group, and a factor analyzing means 11 for outputting the optimal value of the parameter in the NC data group as a factor analysis result file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
