<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type desulfurization apparatus and a dry type desulfurization method capable of treating a flue gas containing SO<SB>x</SB>in a high concentration while suppressing deterioration of a carbonaceous adsorbent. <P>SOLUTION: A portion of a carbonaceous adsorbent once passed through an adsorption tower 1 is turned back to a first fluidizing layer 16a positioned in the most upstream side in the flue gas flowing direction in the adsorption tower 1 through a line (a first return means) L3, after being separated from a fine powder carbon and dust by a sieving apparatus (a first separation and removal means) 2. The carbonaceous adsorbent regenerated by an isolation/regeneration apparatus 3 is turned back to other fluidizing layers 16b and 16c through a line (a second return means) L5, after being separated from dust by a sieving apparatus (a second separation and removal means) 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
