PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition having excellent seizure resistance even at high temperatures close to 180°C and excellent rustpreventive performance without noise generation at an extremely low temperature of -40°C and being suitable for parts for electrical equipment and auxiliary machinery of engines, and a rolling bearing sealed with the composition. SOLUTION: The composition is constituted by blending a lithium complex soap or an N-substituted terephthalamic acid metal salt, as a thickening agent, into a base oil containing an aromatic ester oil.
