PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equally supply hydraulic fluid accumulated in an oil reservoir to a motor cooling fluid passage and a lubrication fluid passage at normal temperature and extremely low temperature in an electric drive. SOLUTION: This electric drive has a motor M and a fluid supply passage L2 which supplies the hydraulic fluid for cooling and lubrication to respective mechanisms of the drive including the motor in a drive case. The oil reservoir C1 which communicates with a supply source for the hydraulic fluid is provided at an upper portion of the drive case, and a weir 21 is provided between a first reservoir C1a which communicates the oil reservoir with the supply source of the hydraulic fluid and communicates the oil receiver with a low flow rate discharging fluid passages L6f, L6r, and a second reservoir C1b which communicates with a high flow rate discharging fluid passage L7. Therefore, discharge of the hydraulic fluid to the high flow rate discharging fluid passage is regulated up to a level in which the hydraulic fluid exceeds the weir, a pressure rise of the oil receiver at the extremely low temperature is prevented by a high flow rate discharging fluid passage side orifice setting corresponding to the flowing properties of the hydraulic fluid at the extremely low temperature, and also an excessive flow of the hydraulic fluid to the high flow rate discharging fluid passage side at the normal temperature under which the viscosity of the hydraulic fluid is low also can be prevented.
