PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and thin semiconductor device that greatly reduce the power consumption. SOLUTION: In this semiconductor device, logic circuits (representatively, a driving circuit driving pixels, an image processing circuit, etc.) which are conventionally mounted as a silicon chip are formed on a substrate where pixels are formed and a problem of power consumption at this time is solved by making nonvolatile registers and a latches circuit that logic circuits have.
