PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which protects a precision equipment such as an HDD incorporated in a device from vibration/shocks when the device is not used during transportation or the like, and fixing the precision device to a device casing when the device is used or the like. SOLUTION: When power is supplied to a device, the rotary shaft of a solenoid 14, i.e., an eccentric cam, is rotated by a predetermined angle, and the half fixed side of an HDD bracket 20 is pressed downward.
