PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appliance with which the user can apply a poultice to its back by itself. SOLUTION: The user prepares a bag section (4) in the upper part (3) of the rear surface of the base cloth (5) having a medicine (6) of the poultice on its surface and connects one end of a handle (2) of substantially L-shape to the back of a flat plate (1). In addition, the user forms a bent section (7) in a gentle ridge-like form at the mid-point of the handle (2) and hangs the base cloth (5) on the upper part (3) of the flat plate (1) by inserting the bag section (4) of the cloth (5).
