PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structured data transmission device making it possible to positively acquire/integrate some or all of the fragments of structured data on the receiving side as necessary. SOLUTION: A plurality of fragment data, and pieces of fragment component information corresponding to the fragment data and serving as information for creating the structured data with a tree structure by integrating the fragment data on the receiving side, are received. The pieces of fragment component information include reference information with identification information for identifying the corresponding fragment data from the fragment data, and position information about the connection position of the corresponding fragment data in the structured data created. Based on the position information and the reference information included in each piece of fragment component information received, the fragment data received are integrated to create the structured data.
