PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device and a mounting type semiconductor device capable of providing storage devices whose costs/performances are different by one and the same hardware only by replacing a different type of memory. SOLUTION: This semiconductor storage device is provided with a bank busy circuit 11 for variably setting a bank busy time for controlling different bank cycle time, and for controlling a memory whose bank cycle time is different, a read data inputting circuit 14 for varying the fetching timing of read data outputted from a memory, a write data outputting circuit 13 for varying the output timing of write data to be outputted to the memory, a command control circuit 12 for controlling a different command interface, a write mask circuit 15 for controlling a different write mask, an initial sequence control circuit 17 for controlling the memory of a different initial sequence and an address generating circuit 16 for controlling a different address interface.
