PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new electrophotographic photoreceptor having such superior properties as not to cause image defects, with respect to an organic electrophotographic photoreceptor, and to provide an electrophotographic apparatus with the electrophotographic photoreceptor and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a conductive support and a photosensitive layer formed on the conductive support and including a charge transport layer formed with a hole transporting compound which is polymerized and hardened upon irradiation with an electron beam, wherein the hole transporting compound have one or more chain-polymerizable functional groups which are polymerized upon irradiation with the electron beam and a hole transporting group. The electrophotographic photoreceptor body is manufactured by forming the charge transport layer by irradiating the hole transporting compound with an electron beam in an atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of≤10,000 ppm, and the electrophotographic apparatus is fabricated using the electrophotographic photoreceptor.
