PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in a conventional system of blowing air heated or cooled by a Peltier element on a beverage container wherein air has to be circulated, outside air intrudes easily, and it is difficult to efficiently retain heat when the beverage container is small or has different shapes. SOLUTION: The electronic cooler/heater is a bag of a double structure made of plastic film in a case 9 comprising a cooling/heating plate 1 and a heat transfer plate 2, and it is composed so that water, or liquid such as salt water or a gel heat transfer substance 5 for preventing decay is sealed in one part of a void between a bag and a bag so that air does not enter, a heat transfer bag 3 is put inside for the purpose of heat transfer by convection, and the beverage container 4 is put inside the heat transfer bag 3. By this, a structure is provided wherein the heat transfer bag 3 contacts the cooling/heating plate 1, the heat transfer plate 2, and the beverage container 4, and heat transfer performance can be enhanced.
