PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation and melting of a food container without failing the cooking by making the temperature of a heating chamber appropriate to various cooking menu called from a memory to reduce waste loss. SOLUTION: The proper temperature of the heating chamber 29 is previously set according to the heating content of the cooking menu called from a memory means 18, and the temperature of the heating chamber 29 is checked by a temperature detecting means 17. When the cooking menu and the temperature of the heating chamber 29 are improper, the heating chamber 29 is preheated or cooled to make the temperature of the heating chamber 29 appropriate after being informed on a display part 14a or the like. Furthermore, a door 13 is locked by a lock means 28 when the temperature of the heating chamber 29 are improper, or at high temperatures, and thereby the cooking can be started at the temperature of the heating chamber 29 which is suitable for the cooking menu.
