PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device used in various electronics, capable of lightening the opening and closing operating force, and providing the light operation feeling. SOLUTION: An approximately ring-shaped sliding member 20 is mounted on a contact part of a fixed body 1 where a movable cam 4 of a movable body 3 energized by a spring 6 is elastically kept into contact with a fixed cam 2, and an approximately cylindrical movable case 8 accommodating the fixed body 1, whereby the friction between the fixed body 1 and the movable case 8 by the sliding member 20 is reduced in opening and closing operation of the movable case 8, the operating force can be lightened in the opening and closing operation, and the opening and closing device of light operation feeling can be provided.
