PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store carried goods not stored in a pocket of clothes, and to solve the problem that the clothes are out of shape due to the size and weight of the carried goods stored in the pocket of clothes. SOLUTION: A shoulder part is formed of leather, synthetic leather, vinyl or cloth belt by combining short and long belts two each as shown in a plan view of the figure. The respective short belts and the long belt of the back part are provided with a plurality of circular holes, and a removable packet for storing carried goods made of leather, synthetic leather, vinyl or cloth is fitted to the hole. The thus shaped shoulder part can be adjusted to each figure of a wearing person so that distortion of the belt in wearing can be eliminated.
