PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body care massaging technique gentle to the body and mind by reducing the body without oxidation by body care massage performed in an esthetic salon, fitness club, various kinds of gyms aiming at cosmetic, health, rehabilitation, etc., and at home as well. SOLUTION: By the basic technique of the reducing body care massage technique, a mixed liquid based on reduced water and phytoncid-containing liquid is sprayed to the body to utilize the synergy of a Leonard phenomenon, reducing operation, and vaporization heat radiation operation. The body is massaged with a lotion obtained by mixing the reduced water, the phytoncid-containing liquid and a vegetal oil, and corresponding ambient temperature is lowered by the vaporization heat radiation action by spraying fine mist to promote the reduction of the body by a spread environmental temperature difference before evaporization heat radiation by spraying.
