PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupressure device the presser of which can be adjusted freely in height by forming supporting plates to have a nearly crest-like form on the front side, can be moved vertically and laterally without looking at the presser backward, and can be pressed against an appropriate effective spot, and the pressing piece of which can be used for multiple purposes by setting the piece to a disc, polygonal board, etc., as necessary and, in addition, which can be held in a right attitude by using a single supporting frame body for the back of the device. SOLUTION: This spot pressing device is constituted of the supporting frame composed of a pair of supporting plates which are formed to have a crest-shape cross section form the front view and, at the same time, have pluralities of grooves on their upper surfaces, the presser detachably attached to the grooves of the supporting frame, and a holder which holds the presser in a prescribed groove.
