PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of expanding a game area within a game machine frame as much as possible without being restricted by the position of a shot ball guiding passage for guiding a game ball shot out from a shooting device into the game area. SOLUTION: The shot ball guiding passage 600 for guiding the game ball shot out from the shooting device 500 disposed at a lower position of the pinball game machine 2 into the game area 207 comprises a first guiding passage part 601 located above a shooting position 500a and a second guiding passage part 602 for guiding the game ball moving upward inside the first guiding passage part 601 to an outlet 618 disposed at a side upper position inside the game area 207.
