PRESSURIZATION MUSCLE BUILDUP GARMENT, AND GARMENT WITH BUCKLES

A technique is provided whereby a pressurization muscle buildup garment for executing a pressurization muscle buildup method can be easily applied to people different in the thickness of the limbs and can be used continuously even if the limbs gain muscle by execution of the pressurization muscle buildup method. This pressurization muscle buildup garment (1) comprises a buckle-equipped garment (10) having buckles (12) attached to the base ends of the branches of a half-pant type garment main body (11), and belts (20). Each belt (20) is removably fixed at one end thereof to the buckle (12). Fixed to the buckle (12), the belt (20) can tighten the base end of the user's leg passed through the branch to limit the bloodstream to the leg. Using this pressurization muscle buildup garment (1) makes it possible to execute the pressurization muscle buildup method.
